Through his leadership, he helped elevate the practice of traffic engineering and transportation planning, setting a standard for excellence that continues to guide our work. His commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and communities defined both his career and our company culture.
Throughout his remarkable career, Wes fostered an environment rooted in collaboration, mutual respect, and innovation.
