Anthony Guckert’s journey with The Traffic Group started over two decades ago in the trenches, conducing hundreds of mechanical and manual traffic counts. Now, as the firm’s Executive Vice President and head of The Traffic Group’s Traffic Data Collection Services Division, he steers a dynamic team that includes project managers, assistant project managers, field supervisors, technicians, and contractors. Together, they deliver projects for a broad spectrum of clients across the U.S., in both the private and public sectors.

Beyond his leadership role, Anthony remains deeply involved in the essence of traffic data collection . His expertise and hands-on approach are evident as he continuously engages in the testing of new equipment and the development of innovative methods for traffic counting. This commitment not only showcases his depth of knowledge but also ensures that The Traffic Group remains at the forefront of the industry, pioneering new standards in traffic data analysis and collection.
