Tracey Rogers serves as The Traffic Group’s public sector Proposal Manager, overseeing all aspects of the company’s public-sector proposal development and submission process. She is responsible for tracking and evaluating project opportunities, managing solicitation reviews, coordinating the development of RFQ and RFP responses, and ensuring compliance with proposal requirements and submission protocols.
Tracey developed and manages the public sector proposal and project tracking system, which has significantly enhanced opportunity management, reporting capabilities, and win/loss analysis. In addition to proposal management, she coordinates a variety of marketing activities, including conference planning and logistics, staff attendance coordination, and management of promotional materials and inventory. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and commitment to process improvement help support The Traffic Group’s strategic growth and business development initiatives.
