John Blair boasts over two decades of extensive experience in traffic data collection. He manages a diverse team that includes project managers, assistant project managers, field supervisors, and field technicians, and oversees an arsenal of more than 4,000 pieces of equipment.

John is recognized as a specialist in the meticulous collection, processing, and distribution of traffic count data. His journey began with a solid five-year tenure in the field, during which he personally conducted thousands of mechanical counts and manual turning movement counts, laying the groundwork for his profound understanding of daily operations and data collection techniques.

Beyond his managerial duties, John plays a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of professionals within the company. He leads the training sessions for all new field technicians, anchoring The Traffic Group’s Comprehensive Training Program. This dual focus on both leadership and education underlines John’s integral contribution to maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in traffic data collection and analysis.
