Joe Caloggero

Joe Caloggero has more than 30 years of both technical and academic experience in the field of traffic engineering and transportation planning.  As Vice President within the firm’s traffic engineering division, his responsibilities include various traffic engineering and management tasks in the areas of traffic impact analysis, traffic safety studies, and transportation planning. He has testified as an expert witness for numerous projects in many different jurisdictions in the states of Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Joe has managed approximately 500 Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning studies with over 200 conducted in Frederick County over the past 15 years. He also participates in various charity events to support great causes such as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Harford Family House, and numerous others that provide students with financial assistance in the form of scholarships.
