Betty Tustin has more than 40 years of wide range experience in transportation engineering, research, and planning in both the private and public sectors. She is based in Berlin, Maryland to serve our clients in Delaware and on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia. As a Senior Project Manager with The Traffic Group, her responsibilities include traffic impact studies, transportation operations analyses, traffic safety analyses, pedestrian safety studies, and field surveys. Her background has qualified her as an expert in the field of traffic engineering and transportation planning before numerous planning and zoning boards in Delmarva. Mrs. Tustin served on the Technical Advisory Committee for the Institute of Transportation Engineer’s Manual of Transportation Engineering Studies, Second Edition. As a member of the Transportation Research Board, she is called upon to review technical papers for potential submission.
