Great Wolf Lodge

The Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville, Maryland will be the brand’s largest resort in the country – boasting 700 suites and a 126,000 square foot indoor water park, amongst other attractions and entertainment options.

Slated to open mid-late 2023, the project came with its challenges – designing intersection improvements, completing a roundabout design for the adjacent property, and obtaining approvals – all within a tight schedule. But we were up for the challenge! The Traffic Group prepared the necessary plans and supporting analyses to ensure government approvals and quickly addressed comments and lent support to the civil engineering firm spearheading the project.

With approvals of the off-site intersection and roundabout in hand, the project is gearing up for the construction phase.
