TTG Celebrates Milestone Anniversaries

At The Traffic Group, our experience isn’t measured only by the projects we’ve completed or the communities we’ve served. It’s reflected in the people who have chosen to build their careers with us.

This year, we are proud to recognize 14 employees celebrating milestone anniversaries with The Traffic Group, including an extraordinary group of longtime team members with three decades or more of service.

Celebrating 30+ Years

  • Mickey Cornelius, P.E., PTOE, RSP1, Senior Vice President – 39 years
  • Lisa Kielian, Business Manager – 38 years
  • Paul Dorr, Director of Engineering Design – 37 years
  • Shulin Li, Senior Traffic Engineer – 32 years
  • Anthony Guckert, President – 31 years

  • Andy Janowich, Field Tech III – 30 years
  • Tim McFarland, Data Analyst II – 30 years
  • Jay Storck, Senior Designer – 30 years

Together, these 10 employees represent an incredible 327 years of experience with The Traffic Group—a depth of institutional knowledge and expertise that has played an important role in shaping our company.

We are equally proud to celebrate four team members reaching their 10-year milestone:

  • Ethan George, Field Tech I – 10 years
  • Jaime Haynes, Assistant Project Manager, Data – 10 years
  • Sylvia Hyland, Receptionist – 10 years
  • Matt Styer, Assistant Project Manager, Data – 10 years

Long-term employees bring something to a company that cannot be replicated overnight: institutional knowledge, trusted relationships, mentorship, and a deep understanding of the standards and values that define how we work. This year’s honorees represent nearly every facet of our organization—from leadership, engineering and design to data analysis, field operations and administration.

Reaching the 10-year mark is also a significant career milestone and represents the continuation of that legacy for the next generation of The Traffic Group.

We are grateful to each of these employees for the talent, dedication, and commitment they have brought to TTG over the years. Their contributions have helped shape who we are today and continue to influence where we are headed.

Congratulations to all of our 2026 milestone anniversary honorees—and thank you for being such an important part of The Traffic Group.
