Viewpoint: National Emergency Braking Mandate is no Overreach

Washington Business Journal – There continues to be far too many people dying on our roads and highways. An estimated 31,785 people died in traffic crashes from January to September 2022 in the U.S., according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). That does not include the approximately 7,508 people killed by drivers while walking in 2022, based on a report by the Governors Highway Safety Association.
