A 400,000 square foot redevelopment of an old industrial plant with a retail use, Foundry Row is an upscale, open-air, mixed-use center anchored by Wegmans Food Market. Road capacity and right-of-way constraints exist near the site and a railroad borders one side. The Traffic Group developed road improvement plans to accommodate the proposed development within the available right-of-way and coordinated closely with government to provide a future road system that safely accommodates all projected traffic growth. The project has been approved and the developer is working closely with the government to coordinate public and private road improvements.
